What are the distinctive features of the buildings in Inca and the villages of Raiguer?

Simply notify the new company in writing of your cancellation within that period and sign a contract with them. The new company will then collect the appliance documentation and register as a maintenance provider with the relevant authorities.
Two ideas that should be clear. The first: the residents' association is not tied to the lift manufacturer. Any authorised maintenance company can service any brand, and refusing to hand over the documentation or the keys to the machine room is not a legal option for the outgoing company.
