However, not in all cases it is possible to carry out this work. There are several <strong>circumstances that may hinder or prevent the installation of a lift,<\/strong> whether for technical, legal or economic reasons. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buildings with a floor area of less than 100 square metres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buildings intended for a single use, such as single-family dwellings or commercial premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buildings located in areas with significant unevenness of terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aspects that make the installation of a lift not possible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the regulations provide a clear framework, there are several aspects that may prevent the installation of a lift. The following are the most relevant to understand when a lift cannot be installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lack of physical space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most common impediments to the installation of a lift is the lack of sufficient space.
